NDIS bills are a mess — What we learn

The breaking up of the service provider market is great for choice and control from a quality perspective but it has brought a lot of issues when it comes to the actual billing for NDIS services.

Some common problems we heard are:

Because of these problems there is a lot of stress put on an NDIS participant or their nominated representative. This payment stress is an unwanted headache on top of all the other service related tasks that they need to do.

If we could alleviate this stress by creating a single payment method that simplifies and collects all of the invoices in one bill that needs to be paid once a month we think this could really help.

Disclaimer: This is not an exhaustive list of all payment types that disabled people/a person with disability would face. It might be a similar situation to the one you face or it might be completely irrelevant. Either way it comes from a real person that has challenged us to solve it for them.
